When we were looking to buy an old house, we called Norris Mechanical to check the condition of the boiler and air conditioner. They showed up and said they couldn't because there was no gas or water turned on. My question is why didn't the office staff ask these questions when I made the appointment? Instead they sent someone to ask the question, obviously, the answer was no since we hadn't closed on the property yet (bank owned) and he left without turning on the AC to test it. I agreed to pay $100 for the trouble but they charged $187 and when it was disputed, they called and threatened to put a lien on the house and foreclose on the house even after I suggested he just come and test it now that all utilities were turned on. Poor customer service. They didn't even call me when they were there.
Norris Mechanical replaced our old HVAC system and installed new ducts in our lower level. They completed the work in a timely manner and were professional throughout the process. We were very impressed with their work and will be using them for all of our HVAC needs. Highly recommended!
